How it all started
Ahern Tackle was started by Ryan Ahern in 2017 selling reel handles and other fishing accessories on eBay to fund other fishing endeavors. The priority was always getting customers a great product at a great price.
Since then it has expanded into further tackle development, testing and design. We have used and tested every product we sell and have developed relationships with suppliers to get you the best possible product at a great cost!
About Ryan Ahern:
Ryan started off selling reel handles and tackle components in 2017 through eBay and fishing flea markets. As his interest in product development and customization grew the business progressed. This lead to his flutter spoon design which really put Ahern Tackle on the map. Ryan is still a weekend warrior working full time in healthcare but he fishes any chance he gets. Ahern Tackle bears his name to stand by the products he sells and believes in.
